Our White Wine is made from the indigenous Xynisteri grape variety, which produces a fresh fruity wine. The grapes have been fermented at 17 ˚C in temperature-controlled conditions. The distinct bouquet has nutty and fruity characteristics.

The grapes are grown at an altitude of 1200 meters in some of the highest vineyards in Cyprus, ensuring slow maturation and autumn harvesting.

Excellent as an aperitif and a good accompaniment for fresh salads, fish dishes, light pastas and white meat.

Best served chilled to around 10˚C.
