Our Pure Rosé wine is made from organically grown Grenache Noir grapes are harvested at an altitude of 1,100 meters in some of the highest vineyards in Cyprus.

Temperature controlled fermentation at 17 ˚C and careful maturation have produced a fruity bouquet and flavour reminiscent of strawberries and raspberries.

Grapes: organically grown Grenache Noir and Mavro
Colour: bright strawberry
Aroma: strawberry, lime
Perfect companion with: grilled vegetables, Asian stir-fries and seafood

Best served chilled.
