Xynisteri is a grape variety indigenous to Cyprus, when properly vinified, produces a fresh fruity wine.

Our organic Xynisteri grapes are grown at an altitude of 1,200 meters in some of the highest vineyards in Cyprus, ensuring slow maturation and autumn harvesting.

The grapes have been fermented at 17 ˚C in temperature-controlled conditions. The distinct bouquet has nutty and fruity characteristics.
