The reknown Maurvedre, the indigenous Mavro and the famous Cabernet Sauvignon grapes make up this full-bodied wine, with the grapes being fermented at a controlled temperature of 25 ˚C.

The aroma is full and fruity. On the tongue there is a good balance of tannins, fruit and alvohol. The flavour is reminiscent of the wild cherries of the Platres area.

Recommended with cheese, game, red meat, stews, Cyprus meat dishes and pasta
