Our Chardonnay is fermented in new French oak barrels and matured for six months in the lees. The pronounced bouquet is of fruit, vanilla and honey.

The flavour is full and round, capturing the essence of the chardonnay grape, complemented by a pleasing hint of oak forming the consistent hallmarks of this wine.

Excellent as an aperitif, or with smoked salmon, fish, light pastas and white meat dishes.

Serve chilled (12-13˚C).
