Our Cabernet Sauvignon grapes are grown at an altitude of more than 1000 meters, in the Platres area and picked between late August and early September. Our winemaker has used malolactic fermentation with maturation in French and American oak barrels to produce a fresh multi-layered wine with a fine balance of acidity, fruit and body with hints of oak.

Excellent with grills, casseroles, spicy chicken dishes and cheese.
